Order Tracking

Tracking your package is fast and easy. You will be given a tracking number via email.

All orders receive a tracking number the moment an item is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant information regarding package tracking. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

If you do not receive a tracking number please email support@fancyunicorns.com

Note: From time to time carriers fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to determine where your item is, however, once it leaves our warehouse, we are limited to the ability of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 


Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

The only shipping method that comes with a guarantee on the delivery date is express shipping. All other methods of shipping have estimated transit times and may take longer to be delivered.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Once a package leaves our facility we are no longer liable for where your package ends up. Liability falls on the mail carrier (USPS, DHL, etc) at this point in time. First class mail does not come with insurance from USPS. If a package is lost using first class mail, no insurance claim can be filed with USPS and there is nothing more we can do to locate a package. We highly recommend choosing priority mail if you are worried about a lost package. However, packages are only insured up to $50 without additional charges to your order.
